Occupational Health Services
Occupational Health (OH) is concerned with the impact of work on health and health on work. OH Practitioners provide your managers with advice on how to prevent work activities affecting an individual’s health (e.g. reducing the risk of someone working with noise from becoming deaf), and provide an opinion on an individual’s medical fitness to perform their normal work activities taking into account any health conditions they may have (e.g. a person with depression working in a highly pressurized environment).
